You can permanently delete everything we store about you — your anonymous user ID, push notification token, registered level crossings, and notification preferences — from our servers at any time, directly from within the App. No need to contact support.
Steps to delete your data
- Open the App.
- Open the Settings page (More menu → Settings).
- Tap Delete Account.
This immediately and permanently removes your account and its server-side data. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
We don't collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. The only thing tying your data together is an anonymous, randomly generated user ID. Deleting your account permanently erases everything stored against that ID:
- The anonymous user ID itself
- Your push notification token
- Your registered level crossings and notification preferences
- Any pending or scheduled notifications queued for you
